All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including:

Year, make, and model
Engine and transmission information
Vehicle modifications
ECM/TCM operating system numbers
Existing tuning information

BSDP Tuning is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

4. Off-Road & Competition Use Disclaimer

Certain products sold by BSDP Tuning may be intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations regarding vehicle modifications and emissions requirements.

BSDP Tuning makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in the customer's jurisdiction.

5. Assumption of Risk

Performance modifications inherently increase stress on vehicle components.

By purchasing and using our products or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Vehicle modifications may void manufacturer warranties.
Increased performance may result in accelerated wear or component failure.
BSDP Tuning shall not be liable for any damages arising from the installation or use of its products or services.

You assume all risks associated with vehicle modifications and tuning.

6. No Performance Guarantees

Vehicle performance results may vary based on numerous factors, including:

Vehicle condition
Maintenance history
Fuel quality
Supporting modifications
Environmental conditions
Driver operation

BSDP Tuning does not guarantee specific horsepower, torque, fuel economy, emissions results, or drivability outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

Logos
Branding
Images
Text
Product descriptions
Custom tuning files
Software and calibrations

are the exclusive property of BSDP Tuning and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Unauthorized distribution or resale of tuning files is strictly prohibited.

8. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before products, services, or tuning files are delivered.

BSDP Tuning reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases at its sole discretion.

Fraudulent transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing from BSDP Tuning, you acknowledge that custom tuning files, digital products, and used or licensed tuning devices are generally non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSDP Tuning shall not be liable for:

Engine failure
Transmission failure
Drivetrain damage
Vehicle downtime
Towing expenses
Lost wages or business income
Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages

BSDP Tuning's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSDP Tuning, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

Misuse of products or services
Improper installation
Violation of applicable laws
Third-party claims related to vehicle modifications

12. Technical Support

BSDP Tuning will make reasonable efforts to provide technical assistance; however, support may be limited by:

Vehicle condition
Third-party hardware issues
Software compatibility limitations
Customer modifications outside recommended specifications

Technical support does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of results.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:
